Nomia E-Commerce Platform – Affiliate Program Terms

Welcome to the Nomia Affiliate Program. By participating, you agree to these terms, which govern your relationship with Nomia (www.nomia.com.ng), fully owned by Chibuzor Wisdom Maduabuchi through GODFAVORNAEWURU LTD (RC: 7837905).

1. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program

1. To join, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate information.
2. Nomia reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an affiliate, you agree to:

• Promote Nomia products and services honestly and ethically.
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these terms.
• Not engage in misleading or fraudulent marketing practices.
• Avoid using Nomia trademarks, logos, or content without prior permission.

3. Commissions & Payments

1. Affiliates earn commissions on sales generated through their referral links, as defined by Nomia’s current commission structure.
2. Commissions are paid only after the referred transaction is completed, verified, and not returned or refunded.
3. Payments are made through approved payment methods on the platform and may require a minimum payout threshold.

4. Tracking & Reporting

Nomia provides tracking links and reports to affiliates through the platform. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their links are used correctly. Nomia is not responsible for lost commissions due to technical errors or misuse.

5. Termination

1. Nomia reserves the right to terminate an affiliate account at any time, without prior notice, for violations of these terms or fraudulent activity.
2. Affiliates may terminate their participation at any time by notifying Nomia in writing.

6. Intellectual Property

Affiliates may use Nomia-approved marketing materials but must not modify, copy, or misuse any content or trademarks without authorization.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nomia is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program.

8. Modifications

Nomia may modify the Affiliate Program, commission rates, or these terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, with disputes subject to Nigerian courts.
